Sistem de generare a aerului: 2x4kw intake fan, 1x5.5kw exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.

Uscarea vopselei pe bază de apă System: 60 units ceiling nozzles with 3 sets of centrifugal fans and 2 sets of dryers inside the booth for Water Based Paint.

Sistem de încălzire diesel: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260000Kcal/h. The heating time 4-5min(20-60.C). Max. temperature at 80.C. Fuel consumption is 5-6kg/vehicle.

Schimbător de căldură: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85 percent .

Lighting Fixture System: Ceiling light has 24 pcs of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 16w LED lamps. 

Purificarea aerului: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98 percent .

Pollution Control System: Filtru din fibră de sticlă multistrat{0}.
